Biography and Experience:
DJ Greg Barbacovi is a UCLA grad and Program Director of UCLA Radio. He has over 300 weddings under his belt, from backyards to the Four Seasons, Beverly Hills, and LA Biltmore Hotels. He was nominated for "Best Host" in 1989 (L.A. Emmys). He has also Co-Hosted for Cycle News, Phoenix Supercross, and The Wide World of Sports. DJ Greg also has an acting career which consisted of shows such as General Hospital, Twilight Zone, and Days of Our Lives. DJ Greg is a journalist as well. He is the Associate Editor of Motocross Action Magazine, News Editor of BMX Magazine, and reporter for Cycle News, Dirt Bike, Dirt Wheels, Crash & Burn, and Motorsports News. His Corporate Clients include: Southwest Airlines, The Catalina Co., City of Lake Ellsinore, The City of Simi Valley, The City of Carson, Frontier Toyota, American Sports Management, Sony Pictures, and the National Minicycle Association. Hosting and Announcing include: The L.A. Sports Arena, The L.A. Coliseum, The Rose Bowl, Anaheim Stadium, The California Expo., The Tacoma Dome, Sun Devil Stadium, The Fulton County Stadium, The El Paso Arena, The Rupp Arena, KABC-TV, KTTV-11/L.A. and ESPN. His local experience is in Santa Clarita Valley and includes: The Ranch House Inn, The Metro, Streamers, Don Cucos (Acton), Mabels Roadhouse, and Club Teds. He also hosted the SCV Mall Grand Opening, and DJ's during Frontier Days.
